GOOD FRIDAY

-Three days and three nights?

Friday afternoon to Sunday at dawn is clearly only 2 days and 2 nights not 3 days and 3 nights

The part of a day or part of a night is considered as the whole and is known as an Onah

Therefore 3 pm Friday afternoon until 6 pm the start of the new Jewish day  would be considered as 1 day portion.

The Jewish day consists of a night and day portion, night preceding day.

The new Jewish day begins at night at approximately 6pm in the evening.

Our new day also starts at night, at the middle of the night, midnight.  Our new day starts approximately 6 hours after the new Jewish day.

The 7th day is the Jewish Sabbath or day of rest.

The Passover occurs during the first full moon following the vernal  equinox.  Vernal meaning spring and the equinox being the time of year that night and day are approximately equal or 12 hours each.

Scripture states Jesus died on Preparation day NOT Friday.  How did Jesus fulfill the Sign of Jonah of 3 days and 3 nights with a Good Friday crucifixion?
